11U – Birth Date – 5/1/2013 or younger

12U – Birth Date – 5/1/2012 or younger

13U – Birth Date – 5/1/2011 or younger

14U – Birth Date – 5/1/2010 or younger

15/16U – Birth Date – 5/1/2008 or younger

17/18U – Birth Date – 5/1/2006 or younger

Registration Fee

8U - $575

9U, 10U - $675

11U, 12U - $725

13U, 14U, 15/16U, 17/18U - $825

$50 Early Bird Discount through August 18th if paid in full.

13U - 18U teams will split into Gold and Silver brackets after pool play when possible.

REGISTRATION NOTES, PLEASE READ!

With the new Teamsnap registration system, roster submissions and waiver execution, along with uploads of the COI are all handled through your Teamsnap account you created when registering (or existing account). Document submission is managed by accessing events.teamsnap.com and logging in using your credentials used when registering (see here for screenshots). For the COI, additional insured needs to be as follows:

Note that if registering now and submitting payment and documents later you must use the same account for payment and document upload that was used to register.

Refund Policies:

Withdrawals: Full refund will be issued to any registered team that needs to withdraw from the tournament up until 30 days prior to the start of the tournament less up to a $50 admin fee to cover processing charges and other costs. Any team withdrawing within 30 days at the start of the tournament will forfeit their registration fees.

Weather Impacts:

  • Play 0 games - Return registration fees minus $50 administration fee
  • Play 1 game - Return 50% of the registration fee
  • Play 2 or more games - No refund

Highlights

  • 3 game minimum (subject to weather)
  • 2 games pool play, seeded single elimination thereafter
  • Awards for 1st place and 2nd place
  • Game balls and umpires provided for every game (included in entry fee)
  • On-Site concessions, restrooms, and shaded tot lot available at Kiwanis-Wallas Park

Schedules will be posted by Sunday evening before the weekend of the tournament. Please download the Teamsnap Tournament app (not the same app as Teamsnap) and follow the tournament for your weekend. Most communications will be made through the app.
