HCYP 2021 Invitational Rec All-Star Tournament

We are pleased to announce that our tournament is being sponsored by Dick's Sporting Goods. Each team manager will receive a Dick's Sporting Goods bucket, players on championship teams will receive rings, all families will receive a 20% off coupon for Dick's Sporting Goods, and there will be a bat demo event using HitTrax at the Dick's Sporting Goods Columbia location on Saturday July 17TH.

* Sunday-only travel teams are players who play in their house recreational league and then play a part-time travel season on Sundays.

All orders must be completed by 11:59PM on 28 June 2021. Cost is $20 per shirt (including Tax) plus shipping and handling for each order. Recommend one order per team!

New: All shirts will direct ship, there will not be a pickup at the tournament! You can place one order as a team and have it ship to a single address (e.g. coach, parent) for distribution, or have each player orders individually. Shipping and handling will be the most cost efficient with a single team order.

Shirts are pre-order only, we will not have any shirts available for sale at the park!

Highlights

3 game minimum (subject to weather)
2 games pool play, seeded single elimination thereafter
2 brackets for elimination play (if enough teams in each age group), Bracket A will be seeded with the top half of the teams and Bracket B with the bottom half
Championship trophies for 1st place teams, medals for 2nd place - for both A and B Brackets
MVP medal presented each game by each coach to a player on the opposing team
Game balls and umpires provided for every game (included in entry fee)
On-Site concessions, restrooms, and shaded tot lot available at Kiwanis-Wallas Park

Update on COVID-19

We are CLEARED TO PLAY!!!!

We will continue to monitor the situation with COVID-19 and take cues from our State and County leadership. If the status changes and we cannot hold the tournament due to COVID-19 we will refund 100% of the registration amount. We urge all of our colleagues to do the right thing and do the same with their tournaments, regardless of stated refund policies.

Please review our COVID Guidelines for our Return to Play Rules. These are subject to change if we receive additional guidelines from our state/county governments.
