12U – Birth Date – 5/1/2010 or younger

13U – Birth Date – 5/1/2009 or younger

14U – Birth Date – 5/1/2008 or younger

15/16U – Birth Date – 5/1/2006 or younger

17/18U – Birth Date – 5/1/2004 or younger

Note that shirts now ship direct, there is no longer a pickup at the park.

Shirts are also pre-order only, we will not have any shirts available for sale at the park!


With the new Teamsnap registration system, roster submissions and waiver execution, along with uploads of the COI are all handled through your Teamsnap account you created when registering (or existing account). Document submission is managed by accessing and logging in using your credentials used when registering. For the COI, additional insured needs to be as follows:

In addition, it is mandatory for parents of all players to execute the electronic COVID-19 waiver to be eligible to participate. Please click here for detailed instructions on rostering and COI upload.


All previous COVID restrictions have been removed. 2021 rules will soon be updated to reflect a return to standard game lengths, etc. COVID waivers may still be required.


  • 3 game minimum (subject to weather)
  • 2 games pool play, seeded single elimination thereafter
  • Awards for 1st place and 2nd place
  • Game balls and umpires provided for every game (included in entry fee)
  • On-Site concessions, restrooms, and shaded tot lot available at Kiwanis-Wallas Park
